Vitreo-retinal dystrophyの1症例

A case of vitrco-retinar dystrophy

　5歳男子。外斜視で来院し，右眼の斜視手術後，経過観察中非手術眼である左眼の視力が徐々に低下し，両眼の網膜および硝子体に変性がみられFamilial exudativevitreoretinopathyと思われる症例を報告した。

We observed a male child with familial exu-dative vitreoretinopathy with intermittent extropia as the initial sign starting at the age of one year. When strabismus surgery was performed at the age of 5 years, both eyes had full corrected vision. During the follow-up period of 4 years after surgery, the visual acuity in the left non-operated eye de-creased to 0.1. Typical findings of familial exu-dative vitreoretinopathy were detected. The im-paired visual acuity in the left eye was caused by fibrous traction temporal to the macula.
