ディスポーザブル皮下注射針を用いた眼内レンズ洗滌法

Cleaning of the IOL in the eye with disposable hypodermic needle

　ディスポーザブルの25G皮下注射針を用いることにより，完全にclosedの状態で眼内レンズ表面の虹彩色素や線維片の洗滌，線維膜や眼内レンズと周囲組織との高度癒着剥離および後発白内障の切開などを行うことができる。本法は器具は安価，調達容易，手技は簡単で効果確実，合併症も少ないという長所があり，眼内レンズ術者にとり，修得すべき術式の一つに加えられるべきものである。

By using a disposable hypodermic needle (25G, 1), postoperative iris pigments or fibrin adhering to the surface of IOL can be removed easily. Fib-rous membrane on the IOL, severe adhesion be-tween IOL and iris, and after cataract can also be treated well. By a slight modification, a ball-point pen can be used as an irrigation holder and func-tions well. The cost of the whole set is very cheapand disposable.
