Diffuse Infiltrating Retinoblastomaの1例

A case of diffuse infiltrating retinoblastoma

　水晶体脱臼，前房出血と続発緑内障を起こした1歳2ヵ月男児の右1眼にみられたdiffuse inrfiltrat-ing retinoblastomaの1例についてその組織所見を報告するとともに，小児の眼内炎，眼内出血などでは常にretinblastomaを考慮する必要があることを強調した。

The right eye of a 14-month-old male child was enucleated because of intractable secondary glau-coma with recurrent anterior chamber hemorrhage since when he fell off a chair 3 months earlier.

Although ultrasonography and computed tomo-graphy failed to show intraocular tumor masses and showed only lens dislocation, retinoblastoma could not be ruled out clinically.
