先天性鎌状剥離の臨床—九大眼科における最近10年間の症例の検討

Clinical studies of falci form retinal folds

　（1）最近10年間に九大眼科を受診した成熟児のretinal fold 23例の臨床所見を検討した。

　（2） retinal foldを無血管帯の有無により，成熟児の未熟児網膜症と，posterior PHPVとに分類した。前者は眼底周辺部に無血管帯をともない，foldは耳側，下耳側に多く，両眼性で，家族性発生が少なくない。これに対して後者は無血管帯をともなわず，foldの位置は不定で，片眼性が多く，家族性発生はみられない。

　（3）両者は発生学的には近縁関係にあると推定されるが，臨床所見の相違から，区別しうると考えられる。

Clinical features of falciform retinal folds seen in 23 patients born at term were studied. The cases were divided into two groups: those with avascu-larized retina in the equatorial region of the fundus and those without avascularizcd retina.

Cases with falciform retinal folds with avascula-rizcd retina were affected bilaterally. Most of the folds extended from the nerve head into thetemporal or infratemporal periphery.
