先天性筋ジストロフィー症（福山型）の眼所見—2症例についての検討

Ocular manifestations of congenital muscular dystrophy (Fukuyama type) in two cases

　先天性筋ジストロフィー症（福山型）の患児2例の眼科的検査を行い，従来の記載にない限異常を報告した。

（1）症例1は1歳2カ月の女児で強度近視，視神経萎縮，網膜血管走行異常，黄斑偏位，網膜の灰白色の色調のムラ，Retinoschisis様の灰白色の隆起性病変を認めた。

（2）症例2は5歳男児で白内障，虹彩ルベォーシス，網膜剥離を認め経過中に緑内障を併発した。

（3）症例1の眼病変は網膜および網膜血管の発生異常によるものと考えた。

（4）先天性筋ジストロフィー症（福山型）における頭蓋内病変と眼底病変とは，ともに発生異常に関係しているという点で関連性が推測された。

We observed two cases of congenital muscular dystrophy of Fukuyama type with various ocular involvements.

The first case, a one-year-old girl, manifested high myopia with astigmatism, posterior staphy-loma and optic atrophy in both eyes. The optic disc, retinal vessels and the macula were dragged inferotemporally. The retinal artery was attenu-ated. In the superior half of the fundus, the retina showed grayish discoloration, poor distribution of vessels and equatorial lesions simulating retinoschi-sis. In the left fundus, we observed abnormal vas-cular anastomosis, avascular retinal area and rete mirabile in the periphery.
