経口的蛍光眼底写真撮影について その1

Peroral fluorescein fundus photography Part 1

　われわれは，Fl-Naを経口投与する事により，螢光眼底造影を行なうことができた。今回は正常眼底を中心とした基礎的問題について報告した。

（1）1個人あたり1gのFl-Naを内服させ20分後より15分毎に3回程度撮影を行なえば良い。

（2）螢光所見では，経静脈的投与法の静脈相後期に類似の状態で始まり，色素上皮層および脈絡膜の疾患に対して適応と考える。

Fluorescein fundus photography was performed in 39 cases after peroral administration of 1g of fluorescein sodium contained in gelatine capsule followed by ingestion of 120ml of water.

In 54% of the cases, the fluorescence in the fundus became detectable 20 minutes after peroral administration. The finding was similar to the late venous phase which occurs with fluorescein fundus angiography using intravenous injection. With our present technique, the fluorescence from retinal vessels was consistently less intense than from the choroid.
