鋸状縁部の螢光眼底所見

Fluorescein angiographic findings of the ora serrata

　著者は，鋸状縁部の螢光眼底撮影を行ない，以下の結果を得た。

　（1）網膜鋸状縁部は網膜血管に螢光色素が入る前から背景螢光が出現し，特に毛様体扁平部との移行部で過螢光が著明に認められる。

　（2）この過螢光部分は歯状突起の形の影響は受けず，検眼鏡的な類嚢胞変性部をしばしば越えて認められる。

　（3）一方，毛様体扁平部は，脱色素が存在していない限り，背景螢光は認められない。

　以上の所見から，網膜鋸状縁部の過螢光は，この部の網膜色素上皮層が薄く色素含有量が少ないことと関連が深いと考えてよく，また毛様体扁平部の低螢光は，この部の厚い暗調な色素上皮層による強いフイルター効果によるものと思われる。

The ora serrata and the pars plana are difficult to photograph and few reports are thus far av-ailable on fluorescein angiographic findings o nthese regions. The author performed fluorescein angiography of the ora serrata in both phakic and aphakic eyes.

The ora serrata exhibited background fluores-cence before the inflow of dye into retinal vessels in this area. Notably, the area of transition to the pars plana showed marked hyperfluorescence. The zones of hyperfluorescence did not always correspond to oral teeth and were seen often to extend posteriorly beyond the area of cystoid degeneration observed ophthalmoscopically.
