結膜血管の映画撮影について

Cinematography of the Conjunctival Vessels

緒言

　従来より，動物の腸間膜などの血管はしばしば映画にとられてきたが，自然の状態での人の結膜血管は，われわれの知るかぎりではその報告をみない。

　われわれは，カール・ツァイス製のフォトスリットランプが，同社の手術顕微鏡用16ミリシネアダプターを用いることにより，映画撮影機を装着できるように設計されているので，これを利用して前眼部の映画撮影機を試作し，結膜血管の映画を撮影したので，その撮影方法について報告する。

Cinematography of the conjunctival vessels was made by using photoslitlamp (Carl Zeiss) combined with 16 mm cine camera. Incadescent xenon light was used as light source and was guided by glassfiber optics. An intense illumina-tion of 40,000 lux was thus obtained.

The apparatus was used to document the vasoconstriction caused by topical application of adrenalin and the circulatory disturbances caused by cautery or mechanical cut of the conjuncti-val vessels.
