  • Look Inside

A female baby was diagnosed as bilateral retino-blastoma 7 months after birth. White pupil of the left eye had been noted by her mother 3 months earlier. At the time of diagnosis, nystagmus and exotropia were present. Besides typical fundus-copical features of retinoblastoma, x-ray exami-nations showed the presence of calcification in both eyes. Further treatment was refused by her family till the next visit one year later.

The right eye showed cloudy cornea and shallow anterior chamber. The left eye was phthisic with cloudy cornea. CT scan and ultrasonography supported the diagnosis of retinoblastoma.
