循環障害をエピソードとする低眼圧緑内障の5例

Low tension glaucoma with hemodynamic crisis. A report of five cases.

　1）5症例はいずれも正常眼圧を示し，典型的な緑内障性の視神経乳頭陥凹と視野狭窄を示した。

　2）病歴に低血圧，動脈硬化，糖尿病，外妊出血，ピル服用後の網膜出血をエピソードとする循環異常動態を併有していた。

　3）5症例とも緑内障負荷試験によって眼圧調整機能障害が認められた。

　4）5症例とも血液学的検査に特に異常はなかった。また，脳神経学的検索にも異常は認められず，頭部病変は否定された。

　5）治療としては，循環促進剤の投与を，視野狭窄の進行例ではエピスタ点眼の投与，あるいはトラベクロトミーを行なった。

Five cases of low tension glaucoma with hemody-namic crisis were experienced. All had normal intraocular pressure, typical glaucomatous excava-tion of the optic disc and changes in the visual field. The cases consisted of 2 males and 3 females whose ages ranged from 32 to 62 years.

Characteristic findings noted in their respective past medical histories included episodes of systemic hypotension, arteriosclerosis, diabetes mellitus, ectopic pregnancy and retinal hemorrhage follow-ing the use of oral contraceptives.
