I．緒言

　網膜剥離を伴うブドウ膜炎には，まず原田病がある。さらに，最近一つのentityとして認められつつある周辺性ブドウ膜炎もしばしば網膜剥離を伴うという。

　今度，両眼に網膜剥離を伴うブドウ膜炎で，原田病とは異なつたものであり，特に左眼の網膜剥離が特異な形の，いわゆる周辺部輪状網膜剥離を示す症例を経験したので報告する。そして，特に周辺性ブドウ膜炎との異同について論じてみたい。

A case of uveitis associated with annular peripheral retinal detachment was reported.

A forty-year-old man had noted gradual de-crease of vision in the right eye for eight years, and in the left eye for one month. Visual acu-ity in the right eye was 0.04 (n.c.) and in the left eye it was 0.1 (with-3D, 0.6). Slitlamp examination showed no changes in the anterior chamber at first, but later showed aqueous flare temporarily. Fundus examination revealed a ring of retinal detachment seen all round the periphery of the left eye, resembling in appear-ance scleral depression made by equatorial ring operation.
