点眼液と洗眼液の処方例について

The preparation of new ophthalmic solutions

Ⅰ．緒言

　眼科学に於ける治療の主体は，今日に於ても尚点眼及び洗眼に置かれ，眼科医の収入の大半は，其れ等に依つて購われて居るにも拘らず，点眼液及び洗眼液の調整に関しては，殆ど或は全く注意が払われて居ないと言つても過言でないと思う。

　その原因は薬剤の水溶液の調整が，散剤のそれに比し，遙かに困難である事に基いて居ると思われ，その事に関しては，弓削氏^29），堀岡氏^30），青木氏^31）等による詳細な論述がある。

The following several ophthalmic solutions were prepared under the consideration of thefactors of pacticular importance in the preparation of ophthalmic solutions.

During 12 months of testing about these solutions at Nara Medical College, successful results have been observed in the treatment of more than 3000 cases of varying severity of conjunctivitis. No harmful side effects were observed in any cases.

It was the first attempt that Guai-azulen (antiallergic drug), P. V. P.-Iodine (virus killer) and Tego-51 (wash and disinfection drug) were used for the ophthalmic solutions.
