前房隅角撮影法について

I．緒言

　前房隅角検査法（視診法）はTrantas，水尾，Salzmann等の簡便な方法に始まつたが，1925年TroncosoがKoeppe型接着レンズとゴニオスコープによる方法を発表して以来俄かに一般の関心を増し，以後多数の研究者によつて非常な発展をみている。処で前房隅角についても医学のすべての領域におけると同様に正確な記録を残すことが日常診療，研究，教育の分野において極めて重要であるが，写真撮影はその有力な手段の一つである。前房隅角の撮影は技術的にかなり困難な問題があり，現在まで内外において数氏の報告があるが尚研究の余地が少くない。私は今回ゴニオプリズム及びKoeppe型レンズの両者を用いて隅角撮影を行い，一応の成果を得たので報告したいと思う。

Author devised goniophotographical methods using a gonioprism (Ogino's type) and a Koeppe-type contact lens. A single lens reflex camera (Asahiflex II A) was mounted on a bellows stand with extension tubes and a electronic flash was fixed to the apparatus.

In the photography with a gonioprism the apparatus was fixed on a old Zeiss biomicroscope stand. The magnification of it was 5 times. A Koeppe-type lens was used in the photo-graphy of the very narrow angle and the apparatus was held with hands. The magnifica-tion was 3 times, because the contact lens itself magnified the image. The aperture usually was f : 8.
