健常家兎と,健常家兎前房に,Mn,MnI,Mco,McI,McII,SM,SM+McI,SM+McII,墨の夫々を注入後2週間のものとで,濾紙電気泳動法によつて,虹彩と網脈絡膜とで,蛋白質,多糖類,螢光物質の各々を,雌雄別,墨白別に検した。
Ⅰ健常家兎網脈絡膜の濾紙電気泳動で,雌雄白兎の最も高い分画は,蛋白では第Ⅰ分画で第Ⅱ第Ⅲ分画が接近し,多糖類で第Ⅰ分画,脂質では第Ⅳ分画次で第Ⅰ分画が近く,螢光物質では第Ⅳ分画であり,雌雄黒兎で最高分画は,蛋白が第Ⅱ分画,多糖類が第Ⅱ分画,脂質が第Ⅱ分画,螢光物質が第Ⅱ分画次で第Ⅳ分画であつた。
With special attention paid to paper electrophoretic survey of protein, polysaccarides, lipoprotein, and fluorescent substances in the iris and the chorioretinal tissues of rabbits, this investigation was undertaken between normal grown albino and black rabbits of both sexes, and those into which Mn, MnI, Mco, McI, McII, SM, SM+McI, SM+McII and India ink has been severally injected into their anterior chamber 2 weeks ago.
The results were as follows.
1) The group of normal grown rabbits.
