眼科領域の濾紙電気泳動法(以下電泳法)による研究は結膜6),角膜,鞏膜5)視神経2),水晶体9)10)及び房水8)分泌物6)涙液等があるが,葡萄膜殊に虹彩,網脈絡膜組織の可溶性蛋白,脂質及び多糖類等に関するものは少いので,先ず正常白色家兎に於ける葡萄膜について血清蛋白分画を対称とし抽出液の電泳像を分画し,正常分画を対称とし抽出液の電泳像を分画し,正常分画を対称として等張,不等張液を頸動脈内に注射した家兎の虹彩,網脈絡膜組織の可溶性蛋白,脂質,多糖類及び螢光物質について検索を試みたので本報では蛋白について報告する。
The author studied uveal protein, especially the protein of the iris and the retino-choro-idal tissues, by paper-electrophoresis and knew the normal pattern of the uveal protein and also studied the influences of the intracarotid injection of the isotonic or anisotonic solutions to the pattern.
1) In both iris and retinochoroidal protein of the normal rabbit, the author recognized the first fraction (prefraction) and then, recognized the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th fractions. The iris protein had generally flat peaks and the retinochoroidal protein had slightly higher peaks than the other.
