異種表層角膜移植の症例と血清学的検索について

On the a case of heterolamellar keratoplasty with it's serological experiment.

緒言

　著者の1人桑原は鶏角膜を使用しGraenow氏角膜溷濁の患者に表層移植を試み幸に成功した症例を1956年に発表した。其の後共同研究者鎌田，妹尾，平川，野中，小暮，新井等により又筒井，神鳥氏等により優れたる基礎的研究が発表され，一方外国に於てもOrmsby, Maumenee，Lieb, Lerman, Muller, Basu, Choyce, Babel，Bourquth等による基礎的研究が行われておる。桑原等は第1例報告後，勿論症例を重ねては来たが此等は已むを得ざるものに限り行つたのであつて，臨床例を増す事を積極的に行うのを差控えた。其の理由は共同研究者による異種幾膜移植の理論的体系を確立する事に重点を置き，其の体系の完成の暁に理論的根拠に基いて臨床的に積極的に行う計画であつたからである。先に共同研究者の1人新井が異種角膜移植の血清学的研究と題する動物実験の成績を発表したが，之れはあくまでも鶏角膜を兎角膜に表層移植した動物実験であつて其の成績は臨床上重要な参考になる事は勿論であるが，人眼角膜に鶏角膜を表層移植を行つた場合果して同一成績であるか否かは尚検討すべき問題である。偶々動物実験と比較すべき好適な臨床例を得たので茲に報告する次第である。

A case of partial lamellar heterocorneal graft and it's serological experiments were des-cribed.

The patient was a 20 year old woman who had been suffered from acorneal dystrophy of Groenow since 5 years.

A chicken cornea was preserved in patient serum for 48 hours prior to the operation, then grafted into the left eye of the patient.

The operation was successful and without any complication the clear graft was gained. Before the operation the visual acuity in left eye was 0.08 (n.c.) and 2 months after the operation improved to 0.5 (n.c.).
