蚕蝕性角膜潰瘍と表層角膜移植

Lamellar Keratoplasty in Rodent Ulcer

Ⅰ．まえがき

　蚕蝕性角膜潰瘍は比較的稀な疾患ではあるが，周知の如くその難治性と刺激症状が激しい場合が多いことで眼科医をなやます疾患の一つである。種々の薬物療法，物理的療法，手術的療法にしても適確なものは無く有効例もあれば無効例もあるといつた状態である。諸外国においては，1950年頃より治療的角膜移植の対象の一つとし蚕蝕性角膜潰瘍が挙げられているが，報告例は比較的少い。

　最近，2例4眼の蚕蝕性角膜潰瘍に治療の目的で保存角膜による表層角膜移植を試みた。

The auther reported two pateints (four eyes) with rodent ulcer, in whom lamellar kerato-plasty was done by use of glycerin dehydrated cornea.

One eye, a ring-tipe graft was successfully retained and visual acuity has remained normal without recurrence of the disease. In two eyes, ring-tipe donor cornea retracted after a month, and producing a small furrow around the limbus, but the eyes ultimately healed. For one eye, total lamellar keratopl-asty was repated three times and once pe-rforating keratoplasty was done, but resulted unsuccess.
