Sintromの使用経験

Effect of Sintrom to the retinal vein thrombosis and the pigmentary degeneration of the retina

　抗血液凝固剤療法の進歩に伴い，その製剤にも種々の改良が加えられて優れたものが沢山作られるようになつている。Cournarin系の製剤であるSintromもその一つであるが，今回藤沢薬品の提供をうけて網膜静脈血栓症，硝子体出血及び網膜色素変性症に対し試用の機会を得たので以下にその成績を報告する。

Anticoagulant treatment with Sintrom was performed in 8 patients, 4 cases with retinal vein thrombosis, 1 with vitreous hemorrhage and 3 with pigmentary degeneration of the retina. The dosage was controlled by the prothrombin determination using Thrombokinase (Geigy).
