外傷性硝子体膿瘍の初期像について

Finding on initial stage of vitreous abscess

　余等は鉄片の硝子体内異物で硝子体膿瘍となり，数日間で全眼球炎を惹起した1症例に接し，はからずもその初期像を眼底所見及び細隙燈で鑑察する事が出来たので報告しようと思います。

A close observation was made on vitreous abscess following trauma of the vitreous body with ironpiece. Yellowish-white cloudy exsudation was seen in the vitreous body 6 days after the trauma. Slight pericorneal injection, a perforative wound at 7 o'clock of the corneal limbus, and dust-like deposits on the posterior capsule of the lens were observed by biomicroscope. Later, roughly-arranged deposits consisting of white blood cells and exsudative fibrin in the retrolental space, small precipitates in the anterior chamber, on the surface of lens and corneal endothelium, and hyperemia and disorder of the iris deve-loped.
