Raeder症候群について

A case of raeder's paratrigeminal syndrome

　血管運動障害或は，発汗異常を伴わない不全型のHorner症候群に，三叉神経領域の疼痛性麻痺を合併した症候群を，Raederが，1918年に，傍三叉神経症候群（Paratrigeminal syndrome）と名づけて報告した^1）。その後，Raeder症候群とも呼ばれている。本邦では，未だ，本症候群としての報告例が，みあたらないが，私は1例を経験したので茲に報告する。

A woman, aged 41 years, presented a left-sided Horner's syndrome without vasomotor or trophic disturbances, and anesthesia dolorosa in the left side of her face over entire distribution of the trigeminal nerve. In addition to this, the incomplete paralysis of the oculomotor and trochlear nerve were found in the left side.

The left pupil responded in an exaggerated fashion to adrenalin and was not sensivive to cocaine. The corneal sensation was remarkably diminished. But the visual acuity and visual field had not been impaired during the entire course.
