先天性停止性夜盲症の珍しい1異型例（斑紋眼底）について

Very rare cases of congenital nonprogressive nightblindness with fleck retina

緒言

　1948年来10カ年間に夜盲症を訴える眼底疾患々者518名について，眼底の精査並びに描図を行なつたところ，2例に於て今迄嘗つて知られていなかつた眼底所見を呈するものに遭遇したので，その詳細を報告しよう。因に山陰地方では小口氏病は1例も経験しなかつた。

This is a report upon two rare cases of congenital nonprogressive nightblindness with fleck retina which was discovered by the author. Fleck retina is characterized by the ap-pearance of numerous, irregular discrete flecks in the deeper layer of the retina without formation of pigment. Flecks in the retina scatter at the equator to the periphery or at the portion between the equator and maculary region ; by ophthalmologic findings vessels are running in front of the fleck. The color of the fleck is dirty yellow and its margin sharply defined.
