Sjögren氏症候群の1例

A Case of Sjögren's Syndrome

緒言

　乾性角結膜炎と鼻腔，咽頭の乾燥があり，慢性多発性関節炎を合併するSjögren氏症候群は，多く中年の婦人に見られ，欧米にては多数の報告を見るが^{6）14）16）23）}，我国では未だ稀な疾患とされている^{28）29）31）}。本症候群の1例を報告する。

The patient was a 47 years female, who suffered from polyarthritis in 1940, and diagno-sed as achylia gastrica in 1957.

She has had scarce lacrymation and dried feeling in the mouth and nose since her child-hood. In 1940, forign body feeling, secretion, and pain in both eyes occurred, and visual disturbance started since 1950. Accordingly, she has been treated frequently as trachoma. Keratoconjunctivitis sicca and keratitis filamentosa were observed on admission on Aug. 16 th. 1958.
