網膜色素変性症と停止性夜盲との関係についての補遺

Functional relationship between retinitis pigmentosa and congenital stationary night blindness, on three cases observation.

緒論

　昭和27年眼科臨床医報誌上に，著者の一人本多は，網膜色素変性症と狭義先天性停止性夜盲との関係を示す夜盲の一型式，として，当時私達の調べた文献では対応する記載のない型式の二症例に就いて報告した。その概略は，

　第1例視視力右0.5，左0.6共に矯正不能で，視野は明処で白に対し約20度の求心性狭窄，色神石原表で正常，眼底は定型的な網膜色素変性症である。

There is three types of dark adaptation in the congenital stationary night blindness, say Oguchi's disease, retinitis punctata albescens and simple congenital night blindness. The course of dark adaptation with these cases are almost impaired, that is to say, the cone section of the first type is normal whereas the rod section laged and imcompletely appea-red over than one hour after light adaptation was finished, on the contraly in the second type the cone section is impaired but rod section reached almost normal value although very laged behind as the first type, which was explored in 1935 by H. Yamamoto in this country.
