先天夜盲性眼底白点症の一家系

A Heredity Concerning to white-Spotted retinitis of Congenitale Hemoralopia

　先天夜盲と眼底における特異な白斑点の出現とを2大特徴とするこの疾患は，Mooren （1882）が始めて記載し，その後欧米及びわが国においても数多くの報告がなされている。今回私共も夜盲を訴える母娘2人に本症を発見したが，遺伝関係において既報告例に普通に見られる劣性遺伝の型式よりはずれる如き感があり，興味を感じたので，できうる範囲内で種々検査を行つた。次にその概要を報告する。

The 30 yrs old female and her 2.1 ye. old daughter have complained of nyctalopia. No oph-thalamic disease in their close relation beside visual disturbance of her gland father in his late years and no marriage whithin the blood. She has no consanguinity with her husband and has two dughters of which the elder is healthy.

In the mother, the vision, visual field, anterior part of eye-globe and trasparent body were normal. In the f undus, the optic disk, macula lutea and blood vessels were normal but the fine whitish spots were scattered all over the retina excluding the posterior pole.
