血圧と関係ある2〜3の眼底所見に就て—（其の1）高血性眼底病変の分類竝びに分類の成績に就て

Some Findings in the Fundus in Relation with Blood Pressure: (No.1) Classification of Hypertensive Changes of the Fundus and its Results

　高血圧性眼底病変の程度分類に関しては，既に多くの提案があるが，主なるものとして，次の4つを拳げ得ると思う。

（1） Thielの分類

The authors picked up four typical classifications of hypertensive changes of the fundus (Keith-Wagener's, Thiel's, Wagener-Clay-Gipner's and Scheie's), and inspected their cha-racteristics, Then they described a varied method of Keith-Wagener's Classification. The followings are results of 285 cases of essential hypertension classified by the varied method.

1) Findings of the group of slight hypertensive patients are milder than those of a groupof general out-patients.
