The effect of the sympatholytic drug against thg cure of experimental corneal wound./Therapeutic aplication of sympatholytic drugs for the ocular disease.

緒言

　イミダリン系の交感神経遮断剤の局所的使用により，小動脈，毛細血管の拡張を来し，血液循環が促される事が知られ，眼科臨床にも用いられて有効な報告がみられるが，吾女は動物実験により，角膜創傷の治癒について臨床的或は組織学的に検索し，本剤応用の有効性を裏付ける結果を得た。

The standard wounds by acid or alkali were made in the eyes of white matured rabbits and the effect of the sympatholytic drug (Imidalin groop) were studied by the slit-lamp microscop and histologic examination.

1) Neoplasty of blood vessels; neoplasty time was very slow and degeneration time fast in the applied eyes. Neoplaty was deepi n the applied eyes and vessel formation was incomplete.

2) Invading status of corrosion: the cell-infiltration was slight appearane time of pseudo-eosin-ophile cell were late in the applied eyes.
