（43）藥剤点滴静注の眼科的応用

The application of the drop intravenous injection in ophthalmic field.

Ⅰ．緒言

　藥剤を身体に作用せしめるに当つて，内服，貼布，注射等その用法に種々工夫がこらされているが，或藥物の有効一定濃度を血中に一定時間保つためには，長時間点滴静注法が最も望ましい。

　近時SylyeのStressの概念的展開と共に，諸種疾患の成因に関して，間脳一下垂体系が重要なる役割を果していることが知られ，疾患治療にあたつて，間脳—下垂体—副腎皮質系のホルモンであるACTH,Cortisone及びHydrocortisoneが脚光を浴びて登場している。事実之等藥剤の投与により，或は病症の軽減乃至治癒を，或は病期の短縮をみていることは，文献上枚挙に逞ない程である。

Achromycin, Ilotycin and Allinamin were used with ACTH for the uncurable eye disease by the drop intravenous injection in foot. Dose were ACTH 10~20 unit, Achromycin 100~500 mg., Ilotycin 250mg. and Allinamin 10~60mg. Relatively beneficial effect were recognized in fresh Iridocyclitis, Optic Neuritis, Sclero-kertitis, traumatic Ophthalamitis and secondary Glau-coma, but no good effect in Sympa hitic Ophthalamitis, Bulbitis, postoperative fibrinous Iritis, old Uveitis and old Retrobulbar Neuritis.
