毛様体上皮剥離の症例

A Case of Detachment of the Ciliary Epithelium

緒言

　毛様体上皮剥離という言葉は，本邦では比較的馴染のない言葉であるが，外国では既に，病理組織学的所見に言及しているKlien^1）の報告を始め，Dobbie　＆　Phillips^2）の報告や，外傷眼に毛様体上皮剥離を認めているLong　＆　Danielson^3），Eisner^4），Tasman^5）らの報告，更にはWeiden—thal＆Schepens^6）の動物眼の実験成績など毛様体．上皮剥離に関するかなりの論文がみられる。本邦では1975年竹本ら^7）が毛様体上皮剥離の症例を報告し，文献的考察を加えたのが最初のものであり，わが国でもようやく，毛様体上皮剥離に対して関心が持たれるようになつてきたといえる。著者らも最近，竹本ら^7）の症例とほとんど同一の臨床所見を呈し，毛様体上皮剥離に網膜剥離を併発した症例を経験した。本症例に手術的療法を加え網膜剥離を治癒せしめたので，今回，その手術療法に焦点を合せ，若干の検討を加えてみたい。

We had the opportunity to observe a case of idiopathic detachment of the nonpigmented ciliary epithelium. The lens was partially dislo-cated and the nonpigmented epithelium of the ciliary body was detached from the pigmented epithelium. The nonpigmented epithelium was still connected with zonula ciliaris and further with the aquator of the lens. As the process extended more posteriorly beyond the region of the ora serrata, the perpheral retina also was involved in flat retinal detachment. No retinal tear was detected.
