　網膜剥離に先行して毛様体無色素上皮剥離が観察されたアトピー性皮膚炎の1例を報告した。症例は22歳の女性で幼少時よりアトピー性皮膚炎があり，初診時，両眼の白内障と隅角の色素沈着がみられた。25歳時に両眼に経毛様体扁平部水晶体切除術を施行し，術中の眼底検査で，左眼は耳側，右眼は鼻側に毛様体上皮剥離がみられた。左眼は2か月後に毛様体上皮剥離に連続して網膜剥離が発生した。その後に鋸状縁断裂が形成された。3年7か月後，右眼にも網膜剥離が発生した。左眼と同様に網膜剥離は毛様体上皮剥離と連続していた。両眼とも毛様体上皮剥離が先行し，続いて網膜剥離や鋸状縁断裂が生じたが，毛様体扁平部に裂孔は発見できなかった。

A 22-year-old female presented with bilateral cataract and pigment deposit in the chamberangle. She had been suffering from atopic dermatitis since childhood. Detachment of ciliary epithelium wasfound in both eyes during pars plana lensectomy performed at the age of 25 years. Retinal detachmentdeveloped 2 months later in the left eye and 43 months later in the right. Retinal detachment was continuouswith the detached ciliary epithelium in either eye. Oral dialysis developed later in the left eye. No breakcould be detected in the pars plana in the affected eyes.
