水晶体偏位に合併した毛様体上皮断裂と網膜剥離

Dialysis of pars ciliaris retinae and retinal detachment complicated with dislocation of the lens

　水晶体偏位に伴って毛様体上皮の断裂を生じ，これが原因として網膜剥離が生じた4症例につき報告した。

　2例は両眼性で外傷の既往のない特異な症例であった。この中の1例に緑内障を合併していた。1例は外傷に伴って発症したものであり，残り1例はMarfan症候群に伴ったと思われる症例であり高眼圧を伴い，術後復位とともに眼圧は正常化した。4例とも網膜剥離は再発をくり返し，難治性であった。

We observed 4 cases with dialysis and detach-ment of pars ciliaris retinae in the temporal quad-rant associated with dislocation of the lens nasally. The condition was unilateral in two cases: one caused by ocular contusion and the other being a monocular case of Marfan's syndrome. The other two cases were binocular and symmetrical without a history or trauma or signs suggestive of Marfan's or Marchesani's syndrome. They appear to be idiopathic cases.
