タケカレハガ幼虫による刺毛性眼障害の1例

A Case of Ocular Injury by Hairs of Larva Philudoria Albomaculata Bremen

緒言

　毒虫による刺激性眼障害は極く稀なものであるが，その炎症は時に重篤なこともあり治療に困惑するものである。今回著者らはタケカレハガ（Philudoria albomaculata Bremen，カレハガ科）の幼虫による刺毛性眼障害の1例を経験し，1年間経過を観察する機会を得たのでここに報告する。

We observed an unusual case of ocular injury by hairs of Larva Philudoria Albomaculata Bre-men in a 15-year boy.

The worm was thrown right against the eye of the patient. Larval hairs were found immer-sed in the bulbar conjunctiva and the cornea. Some were located in the anterior chamber resting on the iris. Immediately after the trau-ma, severe inflammation started in the anterior ocular segment.

The ocular lesion was successfully treated by topical corticosteroid for two weeks. Thereafter, though, a peculiar type of cellular infiltration started to develop around larval hairs stuck in the cornea.
