人体蠅（幼虫）症の1例

MYASIS

　蠅（幼虫または蛆）症，myasis or miasisとはハエの幼虫が人体に寄生するものをいう．生活環境の改善，各種殺虫剤の発達によりハエは少くなつてきており，とくにハエの幼虫が人体に寄生するなどということは現在ではちよつと考えられなくなつてきている．一般にはハエは不潔なところで発生すると考えられているが，過去においてウジが傷口をきれいにすると考え治療に用いられたりした時代もあつた．

　現在ではハエは少なくなつたとはいえ，夢の島の大発生のような例は別にしても，われわれの周囲にまだまだ沢山みられる．

A 54-year-old man with chronic pyoderma on the buttock and genitocrular region received 3 scratch-ings and a grafting.

Due to the insufficient scratching the lesion on the gluteal fold underwent partial necrosis, where larva was found. It was identified as a 2nd or 3rd larva of parasarcophaga crassipalpis. It was confirmed that a fly invaded in the patient's room 2 3 days before finding the larva.
