諸種点眼薬の軟性コンタクトレンズ内へのとり込みと放出に関する研究—第3報硫酸アトロピン，IDU，サルファ剤について

Studies on the Uptake and Release of Various Ophthalmic Solutions by Soft Contact Lenses:Report Ⅲ. On Atropine Sulfate, lododioxyuridine (IDU) and Sulfisoxazol (Sulfazine)

緒言

　第1報および第2報で，縮瞳剤と抗生物質点眼薬の軟性コンタクトレンズ（以下SCLと略す），内へのとり込み，および放出について説明し，用いる点眼薬によりそれぞれとり込み方も放出の仕方も異なるので，SCLと併用し，眼内での薬剤の持続的効果を持たせるためには，薬剤の選択と使用法に注意する必要のあることを報告した。今回はさらに散瞳剤である硫酸アトロピン，角膜ヘルペス化学療法剤であるIDU点眼液，およびサルファ剤について，SCLといかなる併用効果を持つかを検討し，2,3の知見を得たので報告したいと思う。

The uptake and release of common ophthal-mic solutions (Atropine, IDU and Sulfazine) by soft lenses were tested. The uptake of atro-pine by soft lenses is small in amount and slow, regardless of their water absorbability, but the release is rapid in any case. Atropine seems not suitable for the combination treatment. IDU is taken up largely and released slowly, es-pecially by 38% lenses. So it is surely effective in combination treatment for corneal herpes.
