諸種点眼薬の軟性コンタクトレンズ内へのとり込みと放出に関する研究—第2報抗生物質点眼薬について

Studies on the Uptake and Release of Various Ophthalmic Solutions by Soft Contact Lenses:Report II. On the Antibiotic Solutions

I．緒言

　第1報において，縮瞳剤であるピロカルピンの軟性コンタクトレンズ（以下SCLと略す）へのとり込みと放出について詳細に報告したが，今回は眼科診療上しばしば用いられる抗生物質について同様の研究を行ない，新しい知見を得たので報告したいと思う。

The uptake and release of various antibiotic solutions by two kinds of soft contact lenses (38% and 60% water absorbability) were tested. Chloramphenicol, as well as pilocarpine, was ra-pidly taken up and rapidly released by both lenses. Kanamycin is also suitable for the com-bination treatment with chloramphenicol, thou-gh 60% water absorbable lenses seem to be far superior to 38% one for this combination. Colimycin and Polymyxin B do not seem to be prominsing for the combination treatment.
