白内障全摘出術の遠隔成績—前房内所見について

Long-term Follow-up after Intracapsular Cataract Extraction

緒言

　われわれの教室では，白内障全摘出術の臨床成績と，主としてその手術所見を発表^5）6）7）して来たが，これら近年の術式による症例の遠隔成績についても，ここに検討することとした。これのうち今回は老人性白内障で全摘出術を行なつた症例の前房内所見として虹彩の癒着の状態，隅角所見および硝子体面の所見などについて観察をおこなつたので，その所見についてここに報告する。

Clinical observations were made on a series of 174 eyes from 6 months to 4 years after intracapsular cataract extraction in order to examine the chamber angle, degree of posterior synechia and the vitreous herniation. Senile catract cases over 50 years of age with uncomplicated surgery were included in the present study.

The following findings were obtained.

Large ruptured hyaloid membrane was noted in 2 eyes during the postoperative 30-day period and the additional 7 eyes were found in the subsequent observation period.
