白内障の全摘出術

Intracapsular Cataract Extraction

　全摘出術の行われるのは一般に老人性白内障であるから，主として老人性白内障の全摘出術について書く事とする。全摘出術は嚢内摘出とも呼ばれるがこれは良い名称とは云えない。

The method of intracapsular extractson of the lens was discribed based on the auther's own technic. He recommended the extraction with an erisiphake under periferal double iridotomy and postplaced suture without making conjunctival flap. He does not approve of the retrobulbbal injection and dilated pupil.
