いろいろな眼疾患の房水蛋白の変動について

Disc Electrophoretic Analysis of Aqueous Humor Proteins in Some Ocular Diseases

緒言

　いろいろの眼疾患において，房水蛋白の濃度および分画が変動することが知られており，古くから諸家により研究されて来た。しかし房水の採集量が極微量でしかも低濃度の蛋白しか含まれていないため精密な生化学的研究が非常に困難である。

　現在もつとも鋭敏で再現性に秀れ，極微量の蛋白が泳動できるといわれるアクリルアミドディスク電気泳動法が房水蛋白分画を分離する目的で使用されるようになり，Hemmingsen^1），向井^2），著者^3）らの報告がある。しかしこの方法による種種の眼疾患における房水についての検討は余りなされていないため，著者は今回老人性白内障，単性緑内障，ザルコイドージス，ベーチェット病，原因不明の葡萄膜炎の房水蛋白について検討を行なつたので報告する。

1. By disc electrophoresis, analysis of aqueous humor proteins of patients was determined in eyes with senile cataract 13 cases 14 eyes, sim-ple glaucoma 6 cases 10 eyes, sarcoidosis 3 cases 5 eyes, Behcet's disease 8 cases 11 eyes and uveitis 10 cases 11 eyes. Results obtained were as follows :

1) The proportion of protein fractions in a-queous humor of senile cataract was not dif-ferent from that of normal eyes reported byother authors.

2) In the proportion of protein fractions in aqueous humor of glaucoma, relative concen-tration of γ-globulin was decreasd.
