I.はじめに
さきの報告に於いて,放射性Kを用いて,血液より新生房水へのturn over rateが血中の酸塩基平衡の変化によつて影響を受けることを報告した。
即ち呼吸性,代謝性アチドージス共にKのturnoverを促進し,反対に呼吸性,代謝性アルカロージス共にKのturn overを抑制する。これは循環血中pH変動が遠位,末梢に於ける血液,新生房水間のK移送に影響をもつものとして興味深い事実である。
The turn over ratio of isotopic K from sys-temic blood to newly formed aqueous humour across blood-aqueous barrier in the anesthe-tized cat was studied. A trachectomy was perfomed and the cats were maintained on artificial respiration through the procedure.
PCO2, pH, and K ratio (aqueous humour to serum) were checked with the lapse of time. PCO2 was changed by hyperventilation, 5% CO2 inhalation, transfusion of bicarbonate, and normal ventilation continuously. The K turn over across barrier seems to correspound directly to systemic blood pH, and not to systemic blood pCO2.
