緒言
糖尿病患者に藤井式網膜感電力測定器を使用して,網膜感電力指数(指数と略す)を測定し,ERG律動様小波の消長ならびに糖尿病性神経障害の程度を比較検討したのでここに報告する。
With an electrical phosphene tester (Fujii) manufactured by Handaya Shoten Co. Ltd., the rough threshold of electrical phosphene was tested on 100 normal eyes and 178 diabetic eyes (72 eyes in Scott 0 stage, 16 eyes in Scott I, 25 eyes in Scott II, 37 eyes in Scott III, 13 eyes in Scott IV, 11 eyes in Scott V, and 4 eyes in Scott VI). The data were classified into the Index Numbers of retinal excitability (0, I, II, III, and IV) and were compared with the results of the ERG and neurological findings. The nor-mal eyes showed the Index Number IV in 100% in this study.
