顕微鏡下白内障手術の遠隔成績と手術法の検討

Cataract Surgery under the Microscope :Results and Problems in 300 Eyes

緒言

　先に著者の一人清水は，最近急速に発達した諸技術を取り入れた術前処置から手術手技，術後管理にわたる安全確実な方法を「顕微鏡下白内障手術法」と題して発表した^1）．

　その後約2年を経た今日，顕微鏡手術の会を主たる媒介の場として，上記手術法はその各部分がかなり広範な影響を他の手術者に及ぼすとともに，手術法自体も実際に普及し始めている。

Microsurgical cataraot operation has resulted in parctically complete avoidance of postsurgical complications that might affect the final visual acuity like flat anterior chamber, postoperative haemorrhage, corneal edema or opacity. The above mentioned complications and postsurgical corneal astigmatism could be minimized through a four-plane corneoscleral incision with five preplaced sutures.
