調節曲線の臨床

Accommodomctric Findings in Whiplash Injury and in Uveitis

緒言

　われわれはアコモドメーターを開発して以来，これを臨床的に用いて調節異常者の診断，経過の観察を行なつてきた。最近では乱視の矯正装置を加えたII型（第1図）が完成し，測定の精度を加えた。これらのアコモドメーターによる臨床的成果のうち，今回は興味ある二つの症例を中心としてのべる。

A 28-year-old male had developed acute and severe accommodation disturbance bilaterally. No apparent cause could be detected. Systemic vagostigmine (physostigmine) administration produced no appreciable results. Three days later, the patient suffered from whiplash injury during a traffic accident. Almost simultaneously, the state of accommodation returned to normal and no recurrence has since been observed.

A 21-year-old female had developed typical clinical signs of systemic lupus erythematosus Three years before. Slight myodesopsia appe-ared accompanied by severe accommodation disturbance.
