逆内角贅皮，小瞼裂および眼瞼下垂を伴なう症候群とその形成手術

The Syndrome of Epicanthus Inversus, Blepharophimosis and Ptosis, and the Surgical Repair

I．緒言

　先天性に，逆内角贅皮，小瞼裂および眼瞼下垂を伴なう症候群は，この外に，多くの先天性異常を伴なうものの多いことが知られている。ところが，この患者の顔貌を著しく奇妙なものにしているのは，表題にかかげたこの3主症候である。従つて，その形成手術もこれ等の3主症候を対象に行なわれている。

　私共は，最近，父子に見た本症候群患者のうち子の症例に対して眼部の形成手術を行なう機会があつた。勿論，その対象として，この3主症候を修正するごとくした。

Two cases (father and son) of the syndrome of epicanthus inversus, blepharophimosis and ptosis were reported. As the surgical repair of the syndrome, the authors adopted shorting of the medial canthal ligaments combined with double Z (C. C. Johnson) repair for the medial canthus, canthoplastic (Ammon) for the lateral canthus, and transplantation of the autogenous fascia lata under the orbicularis muscles (Uya-ma) for ptosis, and obtained a good result.
