先天性全色盲不全型の残存色感

Incomplete Congenital Achromats and their Rudimentary Color Vision

緒言

　須知の如く，先天性全色盲は錐体一色型と杆体一色型に分類せられているが，後者は更に定型（typical）と不全型（atypical）に分けられている。共に杆体機能を主とするが，不全型には痕跡的な弁色能を残存していることが知られている。

　私共は最近この先天性全色盲不全型と考えられる2症例を経験したので，症例を追加報告すると共に，残存色感について私共の考えを述べ，御批判をあおぎたい。

Two cases (22-year-old female and 33-year-old male) of incomplete achromat with amblyo-pia, nystagmus and so-called photophobia are reported. Their visual acuity and fields are reduced or depressed in a usual light room, but become better in a low illuminated room.

They can discriminate red, orange and yellow, occasionally green, out of the standard color papers. Whereas, being tested by several kinds of pseudoisochromatic plates (Ishihara, Ohku-ma, TMC and HRR charts), their color vision is strongly reduced in the light room, but it becomes considerably better in dim circums- tances.
