Ocular Sarcoidosis with Manifold Clinical Symptoms

I．緒言

　Sarcoidosisとは組織学的にはほとんど壊死を示さない類上皮結節を主とし，Schaumann小体またはaste—roid bodyを伴うという巨大細胞が存在することに特徴がある。原因不明の全身的疾患群であると定義づけられている。

　Sarcoidosisは本邦の眼科方面からの報告は，1951年に教室の飯沼・近江が上強膜類肉腫症の1例を発表したのが最初で，それ以来多数の報告がみられる。

A report is presented over a 25-year-old fe-male in whom iris nodules, swelling of the disc and the retina and vitreous opacity were initial-ly present as typical signs of ocular sarcoido-sis. Six months later, serous iritis, circumscribed keratitis and scleritis appeared as recurrence of the disease. The present case is reported due to the manifold clinical symptoms of ocular sarcoidosis.
