Studies on Pathological Pupillary Near Reflex.:Report II. Classification of Pupillary Near Reflex in Cranio-Cervical Traumatic Syndrome

緒言

　第2報（その1）^1）で病的な瞳孔の近見反応と輻湊との関係について検討を加えたが，頭頸部外傷症候群にみとめられる瞳孔の近見反応と輻湊運動との関係を4群に分類し，この各群患者の訴える不定愁訴を調べたところ，不定愁訴と瞳孔の近見反応との間には密接な関連があり，また，本症患者に対して頸部交感神経Block （星状神経節遮断）を行ない，瞳孔の近見反応機構に興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

Clinical analysis of 39 cases with traumatic cranio-cervical syndrome has shown that the disturbance of pupillary near reflex and of con-vergence is frequent occurrences and that the two conditions occur either in associated or dissociated forms. Four types could be distingui-shed as a basis for the study of the polymor-phic, indefinite complaints. They are :

Type I. Normal accomodation and normal pu-pillary near reflex.

Type II. Normal accommodation and patholo-gical p. n. r.

Type III. Pathological accommodation andnormal p. n. r.

Type IV. Pathological accommodation and pa thological p. n. r.
