瞳孔の近見反応に関する研究—第2報瞳孔の病的近見反応に関する研究（その3）頭頸部外傷症候群の眼障害の治療—半月神経遮断の効果について

Studies on Pathological Pupillary Near Reflex.:Report II. Classification of Pupillary Near Reflex in Granio-Cervical Traumatic Syndrome

緒言

　頭頸部外傷症候群の眼障害における治療法は，当教室の木村^1）の融像練習，山崎ら^2）の薬物療法および神経節Block^3）〜5）などの報告がある。

　今回，著者は半月神経節Blockを浸潤麻酔で行ない，不定愁訴の軽快と幅湊および輻湊に伴う瞳孔の近視反応の改善に好成績を得たので報告する。

Thirty-seven patients with posttraumatic cranio-cervical syndrome were treated by block-ing of the semilunar ganglion with 2ml of 2% xylocaine. The state of pupillary near reflex, convergence and accommodation were evaluatedby Iriscorder and EOG before and after the treatment.

Improvement in pupillary near reflex, conver-gence and accommodation resulted in 30 out of the 37 subjects. The 7 subjects who failed to show improvement had had a history of tem-porary unconsciousness after the trauma. The duration of the syndrome was not related with the outcome of the treatment.
