嚢胞腎患者にみられた細動脈硬化性網膜症

On Arteriolosclerotic Retinopathy Found in a Case of Bilateral Polycystic Kidney Disease

緒言

　腎性高血圧をきたす疾患には，急性および慢性糸球体腎炎，腎盂腎炎などの他，嚢胞腎もその一つとされ古くから知られているが，われわれの経験ではそれほど多くは認められず，その眼底所見に関する報告もきわめて少ない。今回，腎不全を伴つた嚢胞腎の1症例に，細動脈硬化性網膜症を認めたので報告する。

It is known that polycystic kidney frequently gives rise to hypertension and that there may occur some fundus changes including general constriction of the retinal arterioles and retino-pathy in the disease. However, there are few exact discriptions concerning the fundus changes in the disease.

This paper reports the ophthalmoscopic change-s which were found in the following case of polycystic disease of the kidney.

Case : A 43-year-old female.
