眼瞼下垂に対する眼瞼挙筋前転法の改良法

Improved Surgical Technique on Advancement of Levator for Blepharoptosis

緒言

　眼瞼下垂の手術方法としては，眼瞼皮膚から行なう眼瞼挙筋前転法がもつともすぐれていること，および，私どもの術式と定量法については，すでに第22回日本臨床眼科学会において報告した^1）2）。その後，手術方法に2,3の改良を加えたところ，一層良好な成績が得られるようになつた。そこで，その手術方法を紹介しておきたいと思う。

Some technical improvements were added to the original method of advancement of levator which was reported previously. Using this te-chnique, good result was obtained 132 eyes out of 145 (91.0%). This technique was more effec-tive to correct the ptosis and after the surgery the lid looked more natural than the original.
