トキソプラスマ性網脈絡膜炎86症例についての臨床的考察

Ⅰ．緒言

　著者は昭和37年1月以来，わが国における眼トキソプラスマ症を系統的に研究してきたが，その間に遭遇したトキソプラスマ性網脈絡膜炎は86症例（血清反応陽性で典型的な臨床像を有するもの）に達し，疑わしい症例を加えると170例を越えた。この間，各種眼疾患のトキソプラスマ血清反応成績^1），活動性病巣を有する症例報告^2），スピラマイシン治療法紹介^3），後天性眼トキソプラスマ症と関係が深いRieger型網脈絡膜炎の紹介^4），螢光眼底写真撮影法の本症への応用^5）などを逐次眼科誌上に発表してきた。今回は，トキソプラスマ性網脈絡膜炎86症例の臨床像を介して本症の問題点を論じていきたい。

The data obtained from a survey of 457 pa-tients suspected of endogenous uveitis (273 cases of retinochoroiditis, 86 cases of iridocycli-tis, 52 cases of Harada's disease or Behcet's disease and 46 cases of central serous retino-choroiditis-Masuda) were studied with the pur-pose of defining the clinical characteristics of ocular toxoplasmosis. Of these uveitis 86 cases (19%) were thought to be toxoplasmic retino-choroiditis.

The majority of cases of probable toxoplasmic retinochoroiditis occurred in the second and. third decade of life. The distribution among the two sexes was approximately equal. Both eyes.
