網膜動脈のルーフ形成症について

Loop Formation of the Retinal Arteriole

緒言

　視神経乳頭上において，網膜中心動脈の分枝がループねじれを形成し，かつ硝子体中に突出している1症例を，1871年にLiebreichが報告して以来，網膜血管ループ形成（ねじれ形成症）は多数報告されている。たとえば，1953年にBislandは6例のループ形成症を報告しているが，それまでに58例，63眼が報告されていると記載している。しかし，多くは1例報告であり，54の報告論文中，3報告が2例以上あつかつているにすぎない。著者らは，最近7例の本症および類似の症例を経験し，眼科学的諸検査，神経学的検査と同時に，眼底立体撮影ならびに螢光眼底撮影を行うことができた。

　現在までの報告症例のほとんどが，他の眼疾患あるいは全身疾患のさいの眼底検査時に偶然に発見されたものであるが，著者らの症例は，いずれも飛蚊症を主訴として眼科医をおとずれ，網膜出血等の診断を受けて当科を紹介されたものであるので，網膜出血の原因として本症を考慮すべきことは臨床上有意義なことと考えて，観察成績の概要を報告する次第である。

Clinical and fluorographic description is pre-sented on 6 cases of retinal arterial looping in the epi- and juxtapapillary region and on ano-ther case of unusual retinal arteriolar abnorma-lity.

The arterial looping was bilateral in one of the above 7 cases. Only seven instances of bi-lateral occurrence have been reported so far.

By means of fluorescein angiography, it bec-ame apparent that the looping was invariably arterial. While capillary abnormality was pre-sent besides the looping in two instances, no abnormal permeability against the dye was no-ted throughout the 7 cases.
